    My interaction with this company began in December 2020.They were resurfacing my tub and shower walls.It was supposed to take 2 days.There were many problems getting my job done.I have them all documented if needed.My job was not completed until the middle of January 2021. Because of all the problems getting my job completed, I wanted the owner to come look at my tub/shower before we used it.There were several spots I wanted him to see before we used it the first time.He came the beginning of February and said to start using it, and that if any other problems were going to happen they would probably happen in the first month of using it. Then they could come fix all of it at one time. The tub started peeling the first time in April 2021.They did come repair it. Then in July of 2021, I had to contact them again because it was peeling again in a different spot.I called the office because I wanted *****, the owner, to come look at it before anymore work was done.On their website it says the reason a tub peels after resurfacing is either cheap materials were used or steps were skipped, and I wanted to know which one was causing my tub to peel 2 times in 6 months. It took 5 emails, several text messages, and a couple of phone calls to get the owner to come look at it. When he and his son came to look, they said it was a "puddle" not peeling, and that meant the paint was applied too thick in that area.That was also repaired.However, I requested a different technician this time.Now it is November and the tub is peeling in the exact same spot as it did in April.I sent an email and a text message to the owner yesterday(11/17/2021) requesting my money back. I have not received an email, text message, or phone call even acknowledging he received them. My warranty has 7 years still on it. Obviously something was not done correctly since I have had to contact them 3 times in 9 months. I do not want them to "fix" any more problems. I just want my money back.

    ******** did a excellent job in a day. I had 2 cast iron tubs with major yellowing and rust and ******** made them new again and brought them back to life. ****** and his crew took care of my problem. Highly recommend.
