    I really didnt want to leave a bad review but I feel so defeated. Ive had multiple issues with living at this complex. The worst (besides them threatening to evict me because someone in the office forgot to post my payment) was not having any central air the entire time. *** submitted in writing and verbally (they told me theyd take care of it and not to put it in writing) multiple times (almost monthly) I froze during the winter and would come home to a literal 90 house during the summer. I tried so many times to have it corrected before I asked for my lease to be voided out of it was not fixed in the ***** day timeframe (my lease states they legally have to do this) when a man came and tilted my HVAC system with a 2x4 (not supposed to be tilted) and my system leaked all over my carpet for over a week. I went back in and told the lady my system was not fixed yet and wanted out my lease. She just huffed and put her face in her hands until I left. Im disgusted and have dealt with this for a year, *** even moved out but still stuck paying rent because no one will help.

    The leasing manager, ******, submitted a fraudulent application for a lease in my name with no application from me, no income info, or my permission. The application wasn't submitted, signed by, money order fees weren't from me but the real applicant. So she redirected the applicant's fees that were supposed to be used to process his application but instead created, submitted, and processed a FRAUDULENT application for me instead. There is no application completed, signed, it dated from me. She didn't even have my income info because she didn't know where it is I worked, so she left it blank. Insanely,I am employed with a major company and have been for 7 years, but she didn't know because she was committing FRAUD. I will be disputing this inquiry on my credit, as it was not authorized and reporting this company as a fraud threat. The applicant should be refunded the application and administrative fees($190) seeing that his application was never processed. We have a copy
