Facebook to Offer New Privacy Options to Users

After a lot of controversy, Facebook is backing away from big plans to make user data more available to the public, and will in the near future offer new privacy options to users, according to The Next Web.

Facebook's user privacy policy has been under fire lately, which has caused boycotts and users to protest the Web site's alleged privacy abuses.
