    1. get your staff cross trained
    2. example – contractor has two guys out doing quotes and the two guys also can do the work
    3. stand on your values
    4. do something you are afraid of – no fear, no reward

    1. many people afraid to get on the phone and cold call
    2. “you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince”
    3. example – one of our “buddies” called 70 people in one day – got through to 40 people and asked “Can you help me please?”
