Complaint
The business owner charged me $575 for 1.5hr of plumbing work to install 2 faucets,******************************************** One of the installed faucet has quality issue, leaking water in just a few hours after installation. The owner refuses to address the issue or answering phone calls.

Desired Settlement
Refund the overcharged potion of the bill, and fix the installation problem.

re case #XXXXXXX************************************************* made arrangements for us to to come to his home in ************** to install 3 faucets as well as the supply lines to the faucets.we explained our hourly rate and the travel time as well when he spoke to us and agreed for us to proceed with the work.i had ***** and ****** go to ******** to do the work!we did the work as he requested and charged hi accordingly for the work.The invoice showed the labour with the travel time and materials used.He called me at the shop and told me that we overcharged him on the labour,which we did not.After trying to explain to him about the charges he still did not understand.I then offered to reduce the invoice, i took off **** off the labour which he agreed to and said he will call us back to do some other work and we left it like that?***** supplied all of the faucets i called him back in the afternoon and left a message with him but did not here back ?

The technicians left their shop at 9AM, completed the tasks at 11:10AM. The charge for material was $90, that makes the labour charge at $485 total, or $220 per hour! That already includes travel time. ********************************************************************************************************************************

The number of faucets installed was 2, not 3. One of the faucets started leaking that very afternoon after installation. I called *** to complain about the situation, he said he could not talk at the time and will call me back, but never did. There was NO message left by him.

********************************************************************* I demand refund of $275 over charge for the service, and free repair of the failed installation.

According to ***'s own estimate, which is overstated, they left their shop at 8:35AM, arrived at 9:10AM, and finished at 11AM. At $92 per hr, including full travel time, labor charge should be less than $230, plus $90 for parts, it's $320, plus tax, we have $358, still more than $200 less than what was charged! After all, it was just two faucets! I am willing to except refund no less than half of that amount, which is $100.
