Initially, I was told this was normal, but the problem persisted and worsened.Upon further inspection, it was revealed that engine parts needed replacement, a process involving Kia ****** that was expected to take 2-6 weeks. During this time, we received regular updates, a small comfort in the frustrating wait. Surprisingly, after receiving rental vehicle approval, I was informed the repair would only take 1-2 days. Yet, upon arrival for the service, this timeline suddenly extended to several weeks, a ***** contrast to initial assurances.The inconvenience was compounded by the provision of a small temporary vehicle, inadequate for my needs ** ** ***********. Efforts to discuss these issues with higher management at Kia West, including the General Manager, went unanswered, deepening my disappointment.This experience has significantly affected my trust in Kia West, overshadowing the initial excitement of my purchase. The discrepancy in communication, lengthy service process, and lack of adequate customer service support have led me to regret my decision to purchase from Kia West. While the ******** itself may have its merits, potential buyers should weigh the quality of dealership service heavily in their decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kia West, highlighting the need for improved transparency and customer care in their operations.
