Working with Dream Easy kitchens will likely be a frustrating experience. After a year, I am still waiting for them to replace two cabinet doors that they installed warped. The installer said to wait until the doors settle, and they will probably correct themselves. Looking back, I can't believe I fell for that. Every person I met from Dream Easy Kitchens said that everything, including the doors, was covered by warranty. This is a lie. I was told that there would be no problem getting anything fixed or replaced. If anything goes wrong, which it will, you will have absolutely no recourse or leverage to get them to finish the installation. You will be forced to pay in full by the truck driver upon delivery. They are a Vernon-based company, and I live in *********, so much of their excuses for delays were because of the distance, although they were aware of where I lived when they took on the job. They will make you chase them to complete what you paid for and what they promised to deliver. Watch out for The Designer, who is such a good salesperson that I thought she was my new best friend. She spent an entire day with me at a meeting that was supposed to be a conversation/discussion/quote, but by the end of the day, I had signed off and paid the 50% deposit. Signing this contract later came back to bite me because, at the time, she could not find one of the products in her catalogue. She put down two knife pull-outs, something she said she would fix it later. When two knife pulls ($700. each) arrived on installation day, the contract I signed was waved in my face as though it was my fault. This was the beginning of the never-ending problems. The installer was unfriendly after that and made me uncomfortable in my own house. The Designer never admitted this was her fault or apologized. Although she did make sure that I eventually got the oil and vinegar pull that I wanted, she was ****************** on her return by telling me that my new kitchen colour choices were passe and out of style. ** * ******** ** ****** ********** *** * ********** ******* *** *** ******** ***** ** ******* *** ***** **** ***** ********* ********** *********** *** *********  The slow closes still don't work well; the kickplate still looks terrible, some of the doors are warped, and the charger pull-out tray is a disaster. There is a five-year warranty; don't expect it to matter. Blair, the manager, is a ********** liar. It's been a little over a year, and he's telling me that my doors are not covered by the warranty. He knows, and I know that he told me that they were, but there is nothing I can do. ** *** ** ***********
