As of March 13, 2014: Canada Pet Care has informed BBB that they do not nor have ever had a physical location in Canada. The company is located in Surrey, United Kingdom. They also informed BBB that as they do not sell pet supplies to anyone in Canada, Canadian customers are unable to place online orders.
Licensing, Bonding or Registration
As of March 3,2014: BBB informs consumers that when buying pet drugs and natural health products online, Health Canada advises that there are two kinds of licenses required:
1) Product license - each medicine has a Drug Identification Number (DIN) which should be verified when the products cross the border.
2) Drug Establishment License, which is required from the importing company.
