            I purchased new windows from Green Brand. The installation quality was rushed , and one window is wobbly . Caulking has gaps that was promised to be fixed and hasn't been. Stucco repairs were supposed to be touched up and haven't been . The wobbly window I haven't received any information from green brand how and when it will be fixed or replaced. I can't get any reply to my emails to Green Brand asking for a plan how these things will be corrected. I paid in full at time of installation so they have my money . * *** ******* *** ******** ** ******** **** *** ******** *

            We had a new front entrance door, a garden door and tow windows installed by Green Brand. The front fibreglass entrance doors looks absolutely beautiful. The back garden doors are great with the blinds between the glass panes and the windows are a huge improvement from what we had before. The crew from Green Brand was very knowledgable and experienced in all aspects of the installation. They kept us informed on the process and asked questions of us if there were options to consider during the install. They were very professional and performed excellent work and this is coming from a finicky guy. Anders was excellent to work with during the whole process of estimating, answering numerous questions regarding options, why or why not I would opt for certain features and the pros and cons. He and or his staff kept us informed and followed through on all promises! It is a very easy decision to recommend Green Brand to any one looking to work with a Professional company who has courteous, professional, knowledgeable staff who pay attention to detail.
