Multiple problems with this company, the biggest being that they destroyed part of my property that they were specifically supposed to not do anything to, which by their estimates would cost well over $****** to fix. The problems are; -they **** *** misrepresented their product -they confirmed that it was my understanding that their product would do something it didn't actually do before they took my first payment -they took bad measurements and overcharged my for the work by over $**** dollars -I had to pay another company to fix what they said their product would fix in the middle of their work, ***** ******* ******** **** ** **** **** ***** ******** *** ***** ** **** ** **** ***** ******* ***** *** **. This cost me another $******* ***** * ******* *** ***** ********* ************ **** ****** ** * ***** -When I reminded them that they claimed their product would do something that I later found out it wouldn't they called me a **** ****** despite me having proof in email exchanges. -they refused to acknowledge or meet with me to discuss the damage they caused to my property. - they never finished the job I paid them to do, and broke our contract without reason given. -Finally they kept the money I paid them without completing the work
