Complaint
We had a air conditioner and furnace installed in July 2014 by Reliable Heating & Air conditioning. Our furnace was installed with a gas leak that was discovered a few days later by another company that had come out to clean our ducts. ***** came out twice that day and Reliable came out to fix the leak - a entire day spent at home, we were advised at the time by ***** it was hazardous to be inside the home. Next, we realized our Air conditioner was not blowing cold air. We had Reliable come out and they told us our compressor was not working and they would be ordering a new part. At that point, I asked the manager ****** for some compensation, not only had we received our bill for hydro (with the a/c and furnace on it) but we had not had a working air conditioner for 3 weeks. I also inquired why a new air conditioner had a broken part. I asked about getting an entire new unit. I also asked for some compensation. ****** told me they could not offer me any compensation and frankly did not seem to think any of these issues were out of the oridinary for the company. The new unit was put in last week and it worked for 1 day! We realized our house temperature is warmer then outside. Reliable came out - August 22, 2014 - to see what was wrong and it turns out something went wrong with the install and they are not able to fix it today. I called to speak to a manager and was told no one was in until Monday. Another weekend with no air conditioning and no end in sight. I am requesting some sort of compensation for the time we have had to spend at home working around the additional service calls, as well as the inconvience of not having a working product, and also we have been running a faulty air conditioner resulting in utlity costs. We paid for brand new furnace and a/c but do not have it yet.

Desired Settlement
I would like an reasonable explanation of what has occured from the owner as well as a working air conditioner as soon as possible, as well I want financial compensation for our wasted time and costs.

we are sorry to hear ******** has had a difficult time with her purchase of **** product that had a manufactures defect. we have gone way above the call of duty to look after her and have solved her problems.
as far as compensation for her time we or any other company do not pay for customers time letting us in the home to fix warranty problems.
we are sorry that she lost time due to manufactures defective product's and can only say we will always look after her equipment on a timely professional courteous manor however if we were to be reimbursing customers time on every service call we would not be in business.
we take a loss on all warranty claims without paying customers for there inconvenience.******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
