Wrong window installed Oct 15 2014. Order XXXXXX

Peak Installation installed the wrong bedroom window on Oct 15. On October 16, *** ****** told me on the telephone the correct window should take two to three weeks to come from the manufacturer. On November 10, I started calling Peak to inquire when we could expect the correct window. We made several phone calls until November 17. Peak installations are the contractors for **** ****** My wife and I went to the **** ***** store to file a complaint. A **** ***** employee called the customer Service line at the **** ***** Head Office. The **** ***** Head office has called us to say Peak will be in touch with us. So far we have not received an update neither from Peak nor Home Depot when the correct window will be installed. I hope this issue will be resolved in a timely manner.

I am seeking $150.00 from the total amount.
