              Unprofessional. We originally were happy with service at the company and would give them 5 stars, but that was due to the stellar service that Julie C***, APRN provided, however she has since left the company. She was the only individual at that company that was a patient advocate. The majority of the balance of the people I have interacted with, including the owner, have been horrible. They gave us a 30-day notice to find someone else because of a personality conflict with my reply to a rude email that was sent by a M.A. She started the email with, "I don't mean to sound rude..." Huh?? I asked for a script to be resent because the pharmacy said that they never got it. The co-owner, Pam, gave me two options of other agencies and called one of them to see if they could work my mother in... like she's scheduling a hair appointment for someone. Beyond tacky. The first agency I called that they recommended is not taking new patients until maybe January 2024. The second agency I called said that they'd try to see if they could work her in. My mother has a trach, colostomy, PEG, chronic foley catheter, & wound care and they completely dropped her, so now my mother doesn't have a PCP. She currently has home health so now they have no one to send orders for care to. This infuriates me. They have absolutely no regard for my mother's well-being. Unfortunately, this is Louisville, Kentucky and there are not other options and the town is small, so everyone talks. I have used other house call agency/companies in other cities and states and have never had such abysmal service. What they are doing regarding this situation and other ones is wrong and they are not trustworthy. After reading a previous Google review, I now see that the owner and my Mom's current APRN were both involved in disciplinary actions by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. I am not sure how the company is allowed to operate. Beware.

              Great staff and all that has come to my house was so nice and very helpful. Thank God we can get help when it's hard to leave your house. A special thanks to Julie **** and Dr ***** for the help they have giving me.

              Discharged my husband for noncompliance of an ekg and drinking alcohol. The ekg tech couldn't perform the test because "I can't do this test on a one legged man." His NP Tammy didn't realize he was an amputee and didn't order an alternative test which the tech had told me she should do. My husband suffers from chronic pain and recently stopped pain mgmt and the opiod treatment for lack of relief. He does use alcohol as it's simply effective of at least dulling the pain and allowing some sleep albeit not good sleep but at least some. Tammy suggested Hospice on her first visit then backed off , citing her boss had told her my husband would have to wait until the alcohol created a terminal diagnosis. He would then be eligible for their pain mgmt and treatment so discharging him for drinking is somewhat confusing. Service was very impersonal, both visits she was on the phone discussing other patient's issues with I assume was the Extended Care office, never even sat down. She took vitals only. No exam was performed. She did not even look at his catheter or bag even after I reported I suspected a UTI. Luckily he had a visiting nurse the next day who ordered an urine test. That result was "complicated bacterial infection" which may end up requiring iv antibiotics. No compassion either, very robotic, bedside manner completely void. If that's what you seek you will be very happy. Wish Dr. K**** was still there, he was awesome! He would pull up a chair and listen, I mean really listen. He was thorough and that's why he was always behind schedule, he was that way with everyone. He didn't pick and choose who he would try to help like my husband is being treated by the current staff and above. I suppose it is their right to choose who they treat and we will find another provider so at the end of the day it will all be ok. My biggest disappointment is we were never given an opportunity to counter the accusations with discussion. Extremely unprofessional

              Discharged my disabled son over THEIR scheduling mistake leaving him without seizure medications. Avoid them at all costs, they endangered my son's life, they will endanger yours.
