              date: 08/31/2023, Amount of money $845.00, Cataract surgery. Nature of dispute is on 08/31/2023, I was scheduled for cataract surgery . When I arrived at the surgery center I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay $845.00 for a lens that I was told in advance would cost me %0.00, or they would cancel my surgery. I paid the money because I really needed the surgery, the next day I was told by my doctor that was all a mistake. Since then I have been in contact with their central billing office (phone no. 855-481-7161) a total of 13 times. I have been told the past two times before today that the check was sent out on 11/1/2023 . I called back today 11/15/2023 and was told the hasn't been sent yet that it could be 2 to 3 weeks from now . this is to long when and i keep getting lied to. This was surprise billing at its finest.

              Terrible billing department! They incorrectly billed me and I tried for months to resolve it and dozens of calls led to nowhere. I couldn’t even get an answer or callback from the office manager. I paid the bill and let them know I will never return. Do not get LASIK or give this place your business!
