      Several weeks ago I made an appointment for 3/6 at 8AM to drop off my 2021 GMC Sierra to have them investigate a tick that has developed in the engine that they had made a major repair to some time ago, all under warranty. I arrived as planned, expected to either be provided a loaner car or given a ride home, but was told by the advisor to hang out a few minutes and maybe they could let me know something, What happened next, I have no clue, within just a few minutes I was called into the service area and told; they couldn’t hear anything! I tried to explain the problem is at cold start, why I was leaving the vehicle, and tried to have them listen to a video I have to give them a clue what to listen for, I never expected a diagnosis from a video, then suddenly the tech goes off on me, say he doesn’t have to put up with my attitude, I am like what attitude I ask?? He then throws my keys on the service desk and walks off, I am left standing in Service, looking for my vehicle which I find has already been pulled back out for me to leave, I then had a horrible conversation with the so called service manager, I attempted to explain the issue to him, he was totally a rude jerk and ask me and what are we suposed to be listening to, at that point I was extreamly upset and chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. I would like a discussion and an explanation of this from the Business Management on what happened here and is this how they treat regular customers???

      First we had a salesperson tell us that they were closed on Sunday, I assume so he could make the sale on a day he was there. Then we get there, make a deal, put down a deposit, so we can come back and get it 2 days later at 9:30. During this time, our financing paper work was supposed to be processed, car detailed, filled with gas, and ready to go. This is important as we have to small children and making the 35 minute drive is a little bit of a struggle if we then have to wait. Pick up time rolls around, we are arrive at 9:35 and the car hasn't moved from where we parked it. We speak to the salesmen and he confirms that its not ready and could take 2.5 hours before it will be done. We cant do that with small children. Our Buick buying experience had been terrible thus far(rude sales people at other lots, missed appointments, cars disappearing only to be showed different ones.) So we asked for our deposit back because we had had enough. The manager then approaches wife while im helping my son go the bathroom, and begins rudely interrogating her demanding to see text messages where we set up the 9:30 pick up. I return just in time to hear him patronizingly tell her to "take a breath" and reconsider. That was enough. They supposedly got us our refund and we left only to get a call telling us that instead of a refund they actually charged us again. These people are rude, incompetent, and liars. Don't waste your time and money.
