I was in an accident on my way to work. I turned right at a green light and once I was in the roadway another driver from across the street turned left on the green light (unprotected with no arrow) into my car. The officer on scene stated the other driver was at fault. The police report puts the other driver at fault. It also mentions that she didn’t see me, so she went without paying attention and hit me. The person working our claim didn’t even take my statement. They didn’t speak to me once. They spoke to the other driver and sided with her. They didn’t care what the police officer or the report said. They didn’t even care that the law states that you must yield when making unprotected left turns. They made it a 50/50 accident. It was 100% her fault. I made the turn just fine. She flew out and hit me after I was in the road. There was as nothing I could have done. But because I’m young they couldn’t even take the time to speak with me. If they do not care what the law states then what is the point. I would avoid this company at all cost. They will take advantage. They go against the laws that are put in place for a reason.
