            This complaint is due to Futch Heating and Air Conditioning not doing their job and not registering our TWO AC units FOUR months prior to us moving into our house that we built. These units were supposed to come with a ten-year warranty, but since Futch did not register them, the warranty was void, and we have paid $5320 for replacements. Please see attachment below for the full detailed complaint, as well as receipts.

            I have a new build house that fletch heating air conditioning put in our new home ever since They put it in we have had nothing but problems. They have came out several times never fixed it each time I have been out here so today I get a call from them saying they can't do anything else for me. I have been told that By several people it is the duck system up in my attic that needs to be re-ran and they refused to do it. it stays in the 80s upstairs in my bedroom I have no air blowing out none of my vents. My insulation is even getting wet upstairs in the attic this is not no old house this is a new home. I have my own cleaning business I wouldn't run my business the way they were at all they have excuses for everything every time you call them
