            Car repairs not done correctly and parts not put on car. I have been yelled at for calling the insurance company reporting problems with car. He got mad and threw paperwork across the desk bc he couldn't repair the mechanical issue and I didn't want to take it to where he called bc it was a couple weeks bf they could look at it and I didn't want it billed to him bc he couldn't do anything else and I didn't want to owe him. My car is having issues possible due to parts not being put on that I was billed for. Attempted many time to ask him nicely to fix it with a response of ain't nothing wrong with it it's a wreck now and laughing saying that's how he made money. Parts suppliers was personally texted about a part the day I requested documentation of work done and parts which was refused to me. I received it 2 days later which proves several parts not put on. Have asked to be repaired or partially refunded. No response. Have pic and text but can't get them to upload.

            I can’t say enough good things about Joe and his crew! After our vehicle was hit, Joe was super quick to give us a quote and guided us through the insurance claim with ease. He was able to get our vehicle in his shop quickly and the repairs were top notch. When he ran into an unforeseen computer issue with our vehicle, he contacted the necessary businesses to get it fixed and I didn’t have to worry with a single thing. We have utilized Joe and his crew in the past and will always choose them for our vehicle repairs! Thank you for being so good at what you do Joe!
