2/12/2014 I cannot believe in this day and age that there is not a place to pay on line for my water bill. I am a senior person unable to walk without oxygen and my mailbox is at the street and I try and pay on line to avoid falling in the winter when the weather is bad. I have no one to shovel the snow off my ramp since my husband is sick and in a rehab center. In this day I would think you would update your web site and allow this service to accommodate this for seniors. I try and pay on line because It is fast, easy and I save on stamps. I think your company needs to hire some young people who can handle this modern feature.

That payment is posted to each account on the day received. Our business does not accept credit or debit cards to minimize an additional cost to our customers. This is a decision that is not regulated by the employees but by a governmental tariff. We do offer an automatic draft payment option each month that is free to each customer.
