There to get my tires changed and end up with a broken speedometer cable. And they try to say it was already broken. I know for a fact it wasn't already broken because I had it replaced when I got the bike in the first place. And then before my tires got changed they said it was going to be under $100 for them to change my tires so just bring the bike up there. Keep in mind I already got the tires the tubes and the rim strips prior to bringing it up there. Then I asked him how long it's going to take. He said an hour and a half for two tires and they tried to charge me two and a half hours for labor. I mean it didn't even take me 10 minutes to get my front tire off without the proper tools. How do we suggest anybody that wants work done to their bike watch how they're getting screwed by this place. Get video footage of your bike before handing it over. I'll never take anything to them it's like they don't care. I feel sorry for anybody that happens to get in an accident because of their sloppy work. I'm just leaving a bad review cuz I don't want to waste my time with small claims court. I don't even want to start talking about the parts cashier people. Worthless

I took my ****** *** in for a clutch replacement, and also a full service. They replaced the clutch and during their test drive they threw a rod in the engine. They first tried to say I brought it in that way, then back tracked and said they weren’t sure if they caused it or not. They offered to fix it if I would pay for half the labor charge and parts. They estimated labor at $99.00 per hour and a total of 24.8 hrs. I countered with paying for the parts if they covered the labor even though I should not have to even do that since they tore up the machine, and they refused my offer staying with the offer they proposed. Then on top of that they did not do the full service but charged me $268.00 for the full service. I will be filing a law suit for this but I did not want to have to do this. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and anyone looking to have service done should beware of this company. Big Country Powersports recently bought this company so Lost River Powersports is actually big country Powersports. Do not go to either company!
