This is a very dishonest company and I will like the public to know about my personal experience with this business. On 10-27-15 Kevin arrived to my house to do some work on my less than a year old furnace and after he finish and was paid he proceeded to ask me how much I paid for my Goodman furnace. He was enraged by my answer and said that people like me are damaging his business for calling license individuals to install furnaces and mot using companies like his. I explained to him that I was disable and my income only allowed me to obtain services using the most economic way possible. He then stated that I was to young to be disable and again added that people like me are using gonerment money for disability and we didn’t need it and that he will place in my file to fix any safety issue including the removal of a t conexion pipe inside the unit before any work was done with my furnace in the future. On 9-30-21 another tech came to do some work and proceeded to dismantle the ac unit to look for safety issues. The unit is under warranty for another 3 years but he used a hard hand to push for a unit replacement after leaving me with that choice or expend $1,060 on repairs. After he left another tech from a different company came over and fix the problem by blowing the dust off the inducer motor for less than $200 and stated that those repairs were not necessary. (Smart water leak detector, drain safety, drain pan treatment pad, etc, etc etc) I contacted the company to cancel my repair appointment so I did not get charge for another home visit and was directed to speak to Kevin that was the initial tech that harassed me on 2015 and is now the manager of the company. Very dishonest company. I don’t recommend doing business with this company to anyone
