12/21/2015 I've had a very bad experience with this bank. There was an issue with a charge on my account, so I first contacted the customer service number I found on the online checking page. The lady I spoke with was very rude and basically told me there was nothing she could do about it, (so much for customer service.) She then transferred me to the main bank in New Albany. The lady I spoke with there was very snotty and rude, she told me there was nothing she could do about it either since this was not my branch and she didn't think the manager at my branch (who happened to be in a meeting at the time) would do anything about it either. She then took my contact info for the manager who has yet (four days later) to get back with me. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. The fees are also outrageous among other things.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

8/28/2013 I live in Scottsburg In and have done business with this bank for years long before it was your community bank and I was always pleased with the service I received until this year. I went to request a mortgage loan. I worked with Jonthan as my loan officer. I took him my w2 paperwork, check stubs, tax forms for 2 years and told him what I was looking for. He asked to bring in another check stub which I did in 2 days. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called him to be told he had not started the process due to not being sure if I wanted to proceed with the loan. Like I would leave all that information with him for nothing? At that time I was move to another loan officer named Tami. She worked very hard to get the process moving quickly due to the interest rates rising. After everything was done and a closing date was set for the next 8 days, I receive a call for Russ the bank manager telling me they were not going to approve the loan. Russ told me he "did not like the situation due to me buying the house off my daughter" they requested a birth certificate and even paperwork from where she purchased the home years ago. I don't think this is common practice in my years of dealing with getting a mortgage and I have had 4 home loans and a mortgage on an apartment building in my years. I have high credit scores, worked at my job for 10 years and make a more than needed income. I find the practice of this bank to be less than high standard for a banks. I am sadden that a small community such as mine has been affected by this kind of business.
