Complaint: I closed my account with Old National. Old National proceeded to take a trasnfer of $200 from my other bank account once the account was closed. I spoke with ****, bank manager, on Thursday who informed me that my money would be back in my account by Saturday. I called her Saturday morning because my money had not been returned and she said that they had sent the money back to my money and it should be deposited by no later than Tuesday now. My bank was open on Monday (President's Day) but I called Tuesday morning and Old National had not contacted them or sent the $200. When I called Old National today (Tuesday morning), I was told that the rejection of the deposit by Old National would not be processed until today and that I could not be given a refund of cash.

Desired Settlement: I want a refund of cash today

Business Response:
We have researched the matter in ******** ***** complaint.  Ms. ***** closed her ONB account and when her direct deposit tried to go into that account it took a few days for her other bank to receive the rejection of the deposit due to the weekend and Monday holiday.  *****, our Hurstbourne manager has tried repeatedly to contact Ms. ***** via phone and email, but has not received a response.  We are assuming the funds were received and she is not responding because the matter is resolved.
