Additional NotesComplaint: I closed my account with Old National. Old National proceeded to take a trasnfer of $200 from my other bank account once the account was closed. I spoke with ****, bank manager, on Thursday who informed me that my money would be back in my account by Saturday. I called her Saturday morning because my money had not been returned and she said that they had sent the money back to my money and it should be deposited by no later than Tuesday now. My bank was open on Monday (President's Day) but I called Tuesday morning and Old National had not contacted them or sent the $200. When I called Old National today (Tuesday morning), I was told that the rejection of the deposit by Old National would not be processed until today and that I could not be given a refund of cash. Desired Settlement: I want a refund of cash today
