Complaint: Sold me a used tire that ended up not being good.. went back they gave me 2 more bad tires.. wouldn't refund me, and is now trying to bad mouth me on facebook.. do not go here for anything!!!!
Desired Settlement: No refund.. no tire.. and bad moth me on the Internet. .
***** ***** came into the store, as he had MANY times before, and asked to purchase a USED tire. We had multiple in stock and allowed him to pick out the tire he would like. He came back a week later complaining the tire was plugged. We allowed him to pick out another tire at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. At that time we gave TWO tires for a total of three tires we have given him. A month later, he returned asking for a refund. After three tires and a full month. We offered to give him in-store credit of $100 towards the purchase of a NEW tire. He refused and proceeded to go online and post multiple comments bashing our store. We went above and beyond to help this guy out as he was a regular in our store, however, nothing appeased him. Thank you.
