Complaint: I have called more than 6 times to have a change of address. My husband passed away and I had possession of the suzuki. I was told by ***** ***** that she would call me when the tags came in. I was told My address was changed. I was told the tags went to crestwood. I was told crestwood was sending them back. I was told they were going to Jefferson co. license bureau. As of Oct. 31, 2012, ***** ***** states my license tags are in crestwood and being mailed to my old address. Where are my tags? Why do I have to chase them? Why lie to me for 2 months. I was told weekly that the tags would be sent to me. I want my tags. This is not an estate matter. It is a matter of deceit. I was told I could pick them up. I have legal papers for this matter. Why were they mailed or is this a lie. ******* ** ***** *******

Desired Settlement: I want my tags. I have a car with expired temporary tags. They need to get my tags for me.

This is a rare case in which Ms. ***** is not on the title and moved out of the house before the title made it to the house. Her husband, ******* ** ***** passed away shortly agter the purchase and as I understand it, the vehicle is in his son’s name according to Mr.

******* will. This is a legal battle that is out of our hands.
Please see the additional attachment of the letter I personally mailed to Ms. ***** on November 8th.

Consumer Response: My dispute with Sam Swope Suzuki has not been resolved. I received a message, left on my answering machine to give the Manager (*** **********) a call, I called him and he said “he would give me the dealer cost to fix my air conditioner”. I ask him “how much will that cost”, he said, “speak to the service dept manager“, I called the service dept, spoke to the manager (forgot his name), he said the cost will be $800.00. I called the Manager back (left him a message on his answering machine), and said “that was the price I was given before I complained. I said that is not a discount. I have told him many times to give me a call back but he never did.

I received you letter, wanting to know if my issue was resolved with Sam Swope Suzuki. No! the issue has not been resolved. I have called them numerous times and left several messages but no one has called me back. Before i filed a complaint, they said they would fix my air conditioning for $800.00 plus labor. After i filed a complaint, Sam Swope said they would fix my Air conditioner for $800.00 plus labor. So i called them back and said that is not a discount because that is what they were originally going to charge me. The manager said speak to the service manager. i called and they are no calling me back.

Complaint: my car was placed at sam swope suzuki for a repair on the cluch (needed a new clutch put in). the clutch was put in but does not fill like a new clutch. the person doing the repair left wires not mounted and theres a guard thats in front of the car under the front end to keep stuff from flying up from the road and into the motor that was not put back on its just hanging there the car has hub caps which have plastic caps over the lug nuts one was broke off and the car will not start at all before the car was towed there it was running great. they also changed the timing belt and they was not told to do so which they charged me $300 dollars for doing it

Desired Settlement: i would just like a refund so i can take my car to a better place to be fixed

I contacted *** * *** ******** to discuss their concerns regarding the repairs made to their vehicle.  In an effort to relieve some of their financial burden, a check was issued to cover the amount in dispute.  This seemed to be a resolution which was satisfactory to all.  I appreciate the opportunity to address this issue for them.  In the future, I hope they will consider us for any and all of their automotive needs.

yes some of our money was reinburst to us  in the amount of $325.00 but on the paperwork from them it states  we would get 375.00 the person we talked to made it sound like if we did'nt take $325.00 then we would not get anything back
