7/3/2016 Had agreed to a deal with company for purchase of a new vehicle, no trade in. When went in to pay & pick up vehicle the next day, the dealer acted confused as if a trade in vehicle was part of the deal. They claim a miscommunication & said the agreement was off the table & I would have to pay $2,000 + more for the vehicle. I walked away. Very unethical business practices conducted.

3/2/2016 In the service department, I specifically asked for an oil change. The request slip said oil change AND tire rotation and balance. I asked about the second service. Since I only asked for an oil change, I was assuming the rotation and balance were included in the oil change price. It is not. It is a separate service with a fee and one I did not ask for or talk about or in any way indicate I wanted. No conversation about tires had been conducted before this unwanted and unsolicited service appeared on the ticket. I complained and have not had anyone reach me to talk about this.
