            So my car has an active CSP (customer satisfaction program) which is pretty much just an extended warranty for a recall. Well the recall involves my TCM (transmission control module) and over a month ago my car started acting up really bad, going in and out of gear and sometimes not going into gear at all. It had stalled out on me multiple times pulling into an intersection and just became increasingly worse and unsafe to drive. I took my car to the Ford dealership on June 22, 2022 to get it repaired. After they diagnosed my car and found that it was in fact the TCM they opened up a ticket in their system for my car to get it repaired. Well I was informed that the particular part needed to fix my car has been on backorder for 7 months and the dealer has no idea when Ford is going to be making and or sending anymore. My guess is that Ford knows about this because under the CSP/Recall they are supposed to cover and provide me with a rental car for how ever long it takes for my car to get repaired. Well this dealership apparently didn't have any rentals available and I spoke to Ford customer service and they couldn't help me with it either. So now I'm left without a vehicle and Ford and the dealership haven't given me any help or hope that they can help me with a vehicle.I have a * **** *** and * **** and this is our only vehicle and since all of this started I have lost my job due to not being able to make it to work and the Service manager ******* is even refusing to give me any updated paperwork showing that he submitted everything that he needed to.

            I give 0 stars. Rays lie 2 sell you a vehicle 2 find out most was fixed with duck tape or not at all. Then when you ask them 2 make things right they blame the customer for breaking it, claiming it worked before it was purchased. Keith B***** was our sales person & when there was a problem, we made multiple calls to him; he all the sudden was never there, sick or had doctors appts, therefore never return your calls. He done nothing 2 help with the issue, sounds like the problem is with the mechanics lying & Keith being a coward. Either way they claim 2 fix the used vehicle & sell for a good rate, just to find out later you got screwed & are out more money having to fix what they never did. Rays was mad that they lost money on this truck due to them "not knowing the 4x4 didn't work" on a trade in. They told us it was fixed & we drove 4.5hrs 290mi to get the truck. We got there before they closed & were rushed to hurry/ test drive/ look over & they had all the paperwork done assuring us everything was fixed & working properly ...LIE!!! Like an idiot we trusted them & few mths later we tried to use the 4WD when it snowed, it didn't work. We called our Ford dealer where we live, they said the part was either put on backwards, a step was missed or Rays put on a bad part. I reached out 2 Keith, he refused that any of that was possible & it was our fault because it was a used vehicle no warranty & he wasn't sure what was wrong with it because we been driving it. I asked if they connected the WDS to the vehicle before they removed the module because it was not noted on the ticket. Keith said he was not a mechanic & dk, also stated he wasn't the owner. I asked was he going to talk to Ray Jr & his mechanic & call me back. His response was Ray Jr is not a mechanic & wouldn't know if that was done but Keith was going to find out about the WDS for his own personal knowledge but never said he planned on calling me back. BEWARE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SHADY AS H3LL!!!
