    Purchased our jeep in the spring of 2022 and was sold the extended warranty. Six weeks ago the oil cooler housing cracked while parked and oil poured from the jeep. After making an appointment with the service department, we were all set up to have our vehicle towed to the location. (We are an hour away) The day before, my husband called and talked to the service lady and she said it would cost us and addition $300 to have it towed and warranty only paid $50. Or we could take it locally and pay the $100 deductible for the service so that’s what we chose to do. On Tuesday 2/20 the vehicle was towed to our local Jeep dealer and they took it apart and determined the oil cooler house was cracked. This component is an internally lubricated part that is covered under our extended warranty. Warranty company said they weren’t paying for it. Went back and for with local dealer and warranty company and they told us to call **** ***** and if they approved it the would pay. My husband called **** ***** every day last week and spoke with a younger gentleman ********) and was told he would get back with us. We’ve called everyday and no return calls or nothing. So we paid for an extended warranty that is useless and now we will be out the $1200 to fix our jeep. I would never recommend **** ***** to anyone or the scam of a warranty they try to sell. I’ve also reached out to the BBB. We just want a full refund for the warranty so we can pay to have our jeep repaired. The total of both warranties/plans is $4064 plus tax

    Have been buying cars and having cars serviced since 1983. The last time I was there I wanted an oil sending unit installed on my car. The dealership refused. The car part was under warranty. The oil sending or oil pressor sensor had been replaced on 5/13/19,10/24/20, and on7/14/2021. I had to take the car to another dealer who refused to honor the GM warranty because they would not allow labor cost which is a service only provided by the dealer who originally installs the part. In March of 2022 I had to take the car to an independent garage for another diagnosis before they could determine the problem. I went to a GM dealer and got the part which is GM part number 12674782 and had it replaced at a cost of $259.14. Earlier on 02/21/2022, I received this message via E-mail from the dealership. " Our goal is to deliver superior service to our customers. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to meet that goal with you and see that you left a 1-star Google review for our business this past weekend. We think it’s in both our interests for you to take your vehicle elsewhere for service. We are cancelling your appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow, 2/22, at 8 am." Once again, the dealership would not install the oil sensor for what would have been the fourth time.

    The owner or his daughter under his direction told me I was no longer welcome at their Corydon service center
