            I ordered replacement filters for showerheads I already have, and I have not gotten anything in the mail, today is April 4th. Not even a status on my order. My total was $65.95. Now when I go to their page it is no longer available. My transaction on my account says ******************..that site is not available. They scammed me and I have no filters and they have my money. None of the links that were available to reach them are active anymore. I deserve my money back. I can't believe they would continue to have a website still up and running until recently as if they never existed.

            Scam all the way, ordered mine in 2020 and till this day I have never heard anything back from them except the generic emails saying your order is on the way. I could never get anybody on the phone and lost my 100 bucks.I am trying to score them -5 if I could
