      I lived at ***************************************************************** *****, in the ********************* apartment complex owned by Two Coast Living (Previously JRK ******************* On May 30, 2023 I emailed the property manager stating I was not renewing my lease and provided a 60-day notice to vacate. I turned in the keys on July 31, 2023. In late August I received a notice from a collections agency that ****************************** was attempting to collect a debt for unpaid August rent. I contacted the property and was told my notice to vacate was never entered into their database by the now former manager. I provided documentation proving I moved out on July 31st and was assured the collection agency would be notified to remove the false debt.It is now December and the debt is still on my credit report. The collection agency states they have never received official notice to remove the debt. The property manager for ****************************** told them the debt should be removed, but the collections agency states the notice must come from Two Coast Living/JRK. They stated they send periodic emails to an @jrk.com address asking for updates about the debt but no one replies. The property manager told them the @jrk.com addresses are no longer monitored because the name has changed to Two Coast Living.The erroneous debt of $3139.16 plus accruing intrest needs to be removed from my credit report asap.

      BUG AND RAT INFESTATION AND POOR MANAGEMENT Renting from *********************** managed by Two coast living. This has been the worst experience of my life. When we received our keys the carpets were still wet from being cleaned although we were told they were getting replaced. We noticed bugs in the carpet and immediately contacted management. Our apartment was infested with *************** ********** was RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I had to physically go into the office several times because they would not respond to email or phone calls. I took them 10 days to replace carpets and have pest control come in. They did not even notify us it was done. They tried to offer a two day rent concession when we were displaced for 10 days. I fought tooth and nail to finally get 7 days rent concession after refusing to pay rent and contacting the ****************** It took them 37 days to respond. The week we move in we find out the unit is also infested with rats. They were unhelpful in dealing with this and said there was nothing they can do because its probably coming from the neighbors. IT IS ILLEGAL TO RENT A UNIT WITH AN EXISTING INFESTATION, let alone two infestations. Most recently we had water flood out living room due to the poorly maintained back patio. They inserted a pump and I was told I have to plug it in myself. My car was also towed from my assigned parking spot because they claimed my parking pass was not visible which is a lie. I am working on getting a $600 dollar bill from that dismissed. This has cause severe mental harm and financial harm. They add mystery charges and cannot state why. Stay away at all costs.
