            Requests to repair and replace the fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and air conditioning unit did not get completed.A/C request was made over one-year ago on June 2022. Over two dozen telephone calls as follow-*** and many emails were sent to the property manager, JKW Properties and there has been a severe disconnect and repeated failure to comply.I am advised on calls by the property manager that these maintenance and repair/replacement requests ********** out to vendors, third-parties, or maintenance who do not get the requests done and there is a complete failure by JKW Properties to take accountability or responsibility for completing these requests timely or at all. The A/C unit was approved a very long time ago to be replaced, but JKW has repeatedly dropped the ball with their maintenance and vendors. Fire Alarm did not get replaced or Carbon Monoxide Detector. I am requesting to have these replacements installed.

            WARNING anyone renting at XXXXX Culver bvld apartments! There is a man who lives here who washes his car for LITERALLY 3 HOURS (this is not an exaggeration) while blasting his music. This happens twice a week. But guess what time it happens.... 6AM! On a weekday and weekend (this is not an exaggeration) I wrote multiple times to JKW to address the problem and they stated they can't do anything to stop this because he is parked on the street in front of the apartment. I have also called the cops on multiple occasions to file a noise complaint and they only showed up once and gave him a ticket, which he then ripped up and tossed on the ground. I was just like you reading reviews about this place thinking everyone is exaggerating. Just know you were warned about this location before you rented. Again the apartment is located at XXXXX Culver bvld.

            Unfortunately, the City of Los Angeles laws do not give the landlord any control over what is happening in this situation. Regardless of this, the property supervisor contacted the Lead Senior officer at the LA Police Department Pacific Division, who stated he would speak to the person who is causing the disturbance. He also stated anyone who is being harassed by this person should file a police report and/or a restraining order. We also had our attorney send a legal notice to the person to cease and desist. We hope that this will resolve the issue.

            The resident who causes these weekly disturbances does so from their parking spot on JKW property as well as on the street in front of the apartment complex. This resident has been here for years, doing the same activity which has led many tenants to move out as soon as their lease ends. Other tenants who have been here for years have complained about these constant disturbances as well. So I don't see this problem being resolved, because if it could be it would have been years ago. New tenants should be warned about this prior to renting from your apartments located on Culver Blvd.

            You are incorrect. The tenant has not been there for YEARS. He just moved in last year, so this problem could not have been resolved years ago as you stated. We do NOT like this situation and the tenant's actions just as much as you and we are trying to do what we are legally allowed to do to resolve the issue.
