Ordered Premium packets of clothing, received unsellable junk, torn and stained.
Company refuses to take responsibility for correcting the issue.
On 9/25/13 I went (with a friend) to Pacas Y Paletas where I met ******* ********* She described her business as being the largest distributor of clothing packets to Mexico and Latin America. Said they sell 3 different levels of packets, 1, 2 & 3; with 3 being the premium packet. She said the Premium packet contains a good percentage of new clothing with price tags attached. I went home reviewed their website and then on 9/26/13 made my purchase of 5 premium packets of clothing from Pacas Y Paletas USA Inc. by phone.
The packets purchased were as follows: 2 packets of mixed, 1 packet of men's, 1 packet of women's and 1 packet of children's clothing for a total of $1665.00. The packets arrived about 3 days later, each packet was completely shrink wrapped in plastic. I shipped them all to Costa Rica, shipping cost was $1000.
When my contact in Costa Rica opened the packets of clothing she called me immediately concerned that they had sent the wrong order. Each entire packet was mixed (instead of as described above) every piece of clothing had something wrong with it, from stains, to tears and super-sized, none of them had price tags anywhere. The quality of this clothing was nowhere near the premium clothing that was displayed on the website or at the store. I contacted ******* ******** and told her about the condition of the clothing. She asked for pictures, I sent them to her the same day. I have not heard from her since then. The next day, I spoke to ******* by phone; she said her boss was not in the office that she was waiting for him. For the next 3 consecutive days I tried calling again, they did not answer the phone. I tried calling from a different phone number, a different employee answered the phone; I explained the situation to her, she said ******* would call me back. After 2 days, I still had not heard back from ********
I continued to call daily, the last time I spoke to ******* she said her boss had not called her back in the last 2 days, she had been trying to reach him.
I went back to Pacas Y Paletas (with the same friend as the first time-a witness) and first spoke to an employee, explaining to him my problem. he said Alisbet's boss is her brother in-law and she's in contact with him daily (she lied on the phone) ******** she said that her boss was not there. I waited for him, 2 hours later he showed up. He proceeded to tell me that his company is a 3rd party distributer not the seller of the packets, which is not what it says on their website. He gave me their supplier's contact info (Mia Trading Corp, Antonio Montelongo, XXX-XXX-XXXX) whom I contacted; the supplier indicated that Pacas Y Paletas had not purchased any Premium packets in more than a year (suggesting that they did not have any premium inventory on hand to sell and certainly did not order for me from them).
Since then I have been trying to contact Pacas Y Paletas, they do not answer. I want this company to reimburse me the amount I paid to them ($1665) plus the $1000 shipping cost, for a total of $2665. My friend is willing to testify to all of this, if necessary. I have pictures of the clothing as well.

Pacas Y Paletas USA Inc, received the above-referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Specifically, ******** ******* complains that he received unsellable Used Clothing. We as a Company provided with the right information to Mr. *******, We explained how our business worked, we gave him information about all the merchandise we sell, the prices and information about new, returns, and used clothing, Shoes, Cosmetic and all the merchandise we have in our warehouse. Mr. ******* was more interested about the used clothing, we told Mr. ******* we did not process the bales in our warehouse we show him samples as the way we received the bales, we explained if he was interest about the bales of used clothing we needed to order the bales and the process will take 2 thru 3 days, that is why he mentioned that he received after 3 business days. He was okay on the terms and times and decided to proceed with the order requesting bales of used clothing. When he complained about the bales of used clothing we told Mr. ******* we need it to talk to our provider of used clothing because we were the middle man in Mr. *******'s order. We even provided him the contact number of our vendor, to find out why we got a lower quality of what we asked for. As we state in our condition of purchase agreement and also in our website we are not responsible for the condition of the merchandise neither shipments (all shipments are the customers responsibility). We still trying to get an answer from our vendor which relocated his warehouse, but so far they we haven't get a favorable answer. We would be willing to help Mr. ******* but first we needed to talk to our provider about this issue to see how and what we need to do to help Mr. ******* but we need to follow some steps to solve the issue.We as a closeout store company we are not involved on the shipping manners. If the customer wants to ship the merchandise is under their own risks and responsibility as we are not a shipping company.Pacas y Paletas USA Inc sincerely regrets any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Bought a pallet of wal mart clothes and was advised that there was over 1500 items for 1100 when I got home there was boxes full of garbage and paper
I sent one of my employees to this establishment to buy a pallet of clothes which when he arrived on 4/16/2015I spoke with a sales clerk about the pallets she assured me and my employee that a wal mart pallet they had there was there hottest selling item and came with summer and winter clothes she said the pallet was 1100 dollars and that it had well over 1000 pieces my employee bought the pallet brought it to my house were we started to Inspect the items upon opening the first box it had a couple of ripped jackets I said ok cant win them all as I kept opening boxes I was finding boxes full of paper and garbage literally garbage candy wrappers and a can soda in one so I called and spoke with a lady and told her the problem and that it had garbage and like 300 pieces mainly all ***** matched socks she said to text her the pictures and she would take care of it I did. didnt hear back so I called 20 minutes later on her cell phone no answer I call the company all of a sudden shes gone for the day I wait till 4/20/15 call again and they say sorry it is what it is and I explain I understand good and bad buying but when I buy a pallet of garbage for 1100 dollars I draw the line and ask for a manager put on hold for a hour then someone picks up phone and says just deal with it why would someone give there number to me and say we'll take care of it then say no rip off alert they say they dont go thru pallets ive bought from other company's and can tell you these pallets have been gone thru why would there be make up from rite aid in whats supposed to be all wal mart clothes I got 7 bottles of nail polish and two lipsticks with rite aid lables I just want what I paid for 1 pallet of wal mart clothes not garbage!!!! not asking for anything more can you please help

We didn't receive what they offer in their website.
This business offer PREWORN CLOTHING FOR MENS, WOMENS & CHILDRENS, they offer diferent qualities and we bought 200 pounds and we receive like 300 pieces, but 250 pieces are in very bad condition,their advertisement in their website said that premium quality, that is what we bought "ncludes a percentage of new clothing. No damage guaranteed", but it is not true, the 250 pieces I'm talking about are like 5th quality, we have tried to resolve this problem with them, we have talked with Carolina, and she only told us that her manager is very busy but that they are going to call back, but we have not received any call from them.
Please we want a refund or we want they offer online.
This clothes were send to Mexico by them, we are trying to help our family there, they need the money and this was a way to help them to earn some money in a honest way, we paid $650, and we hope this people make it right for us. Thank you.
