            I lost access to my 23andMe account- I was locked out due to my password being reset (assuming due to data breach). I no longer have access to the email I used for my account because it was my college email. I wrote to 23andme and provided the required documentation to regain access to my account almost 2 months ago. My request number is *******. I never heard back, and sent multiple followup emails which never got any response.

            I simply don't understand why they make you give a star in order to give a review. How about a angry face or any emoji that depic how I really feel. How most people feel when they leave a bad review.This company charge me 69 dollars for a membership renewal that I never accepted. I never ever sign for renewal even when they are free because nothing is ever free. That beeb said they refuse to give me my money back, so beware. Use Ancestry DNA they have more honest practice than 23 and me. BE AWARE
