Complaint
Some product damaged, other product missing from package.
Ordered and shipped on 4/11/2016. Received package on 5/14/2016 with damaged 2 push buttons and 5 missing batteries. Notified PacParts whom requested photos. After emailing photos we received telephone call telling us to go to our local post office with the small, damaged yellow envelope to get reimbursed. I told her PacParts needs to have insurance on their shipments and shipper works with them to reimburse for damaged or lost shipments, not the recipient. I paid in full when I ordered 7 parts but didn't receive anything for my money so PacParts needs to please reship new parts or refund the full invoice amount. PacParts representative said so sorry but there was nothing they need to do once the product is shipped.

Refund full invoice amount or reship parts free of charge since already paid for on 4/11/16.

We contacted Mr. **** by phone and apologized for the incomplete address on his package. We just installed a new computer system and this error was missed. We sent a new part to his home in Porto Rico today with the right address and he should be getting it Priority Mail in a few days.
