WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH THIS OFFICE AND THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A PAID CUSTOMER REPEAT AND REPEAT THAT THEY ARE IN NEED OF THEIR OWN MEDICAL RECORD?
I KNOW YOU DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY OF COLOR
ALL YOU DESIRE IS MONEY MONEY MONEY FOR A BULLDOG SECRETARY WHO SCREAMS CONSTANTLY AND MAKES EXCUSES OVER THE PHONE AND YOUNG GIRLS ANSWERING YOUR PHONES WHO KNOW NOTHING OR EVEN WHAT DAY THEY ARE WORKING.
AS AN "OLD DENTIST" YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO NOT HAVE MY MEDICAL RECORD HANDY WITH ONLY 1 1/2 YEARS OF HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH YOUR VERY FILTHY RESTROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF YOUR DUSTY BUILDING
YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PREJUDICE DOCTOR AS YOU HATE YOUR PATIENTS ESPECIALLY AFRICAN AMERICAN CITIZENS AND YOU ONLY WANT YOUR OWN ARMENIAN FOLKS THERE. FINE. BUT BY LAW AND RISK OF LITIGATION TO YOUR ORG, YOU OWE ME MY DENTAL MEDICAL RECORD!
YOU ARE NOSEY AND DID NOTHING BUT SIT THERE LIKE AN IGNORANT COW AND INVOLVE YOURSELF IN THIS MATTER.
REQUESTING FOR MY WRITTEN RECORD HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU OR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR BUT IT DIDN'T INVOLVE YOU!
BUT YOU SAT UP THERE WITH WHATEVER YOU DOING IN THAT OFFICE
REFUSING MY NUMEROUS REQUESTS
HAVING YOUR BULLDOG SECRETARY SCREAM AND MAKE EXCUSES
YOUR YOUNG GIRL PHONE ANSWERERS GIVE OUT INFO THEY HAVEN'T THE LEAST CLUE
AND YOU DOCTOR NOT ANSWERING YOUR EMAILS AND HONORING A SIMPLE LEGAL CUSTOMER REQUEST.
I WILL GET MY DENTAL MEDICAL RECORD IF YOU DOCTOR HAVE TO BE SUED SO I CAN OBTAIN IT! MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR STRESS OR YOUR INVITE TO IGNORANCE, IRRESPONSIBILITY OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR.
