They sent my order to Canada.
I placed my order on Monday, 5/12, everything seemed to be going fine, I received my shipping information and it stated my order was in Detroit.....They are in Cali and I am in *******, so I thought it was a little weird, but didn't question it. I check this morning and now it's being shipped internationally and is currently in CANADA. I live in *******, IN THE USA. I know for a fact that once a shipment goes international with USPS, there's no stopping it or turning it around so unless my order is going to go around the world then come back to *******, I guess my $150+ order is gone.......and 599 will probably reply to this (IF THEY REPLY TO IT) and say something like "once we get the merchandise back we will refund/reship blahblahblah" i don't want my stuff refunded or reshipped, i want the items i originally ordered IN THE TIME FRAME I ORDERED IT which will probably be out of stock now because it's been 6 days. Great. 599fashion sucks, and if they can't get me my package or send me the same exact items I ordered within the time frame they promised, I'm disputing the charges on my card and will just get my money back that way instead of waiting for them to SLOWLY refund me.

Customer was emailed the wrong tracking number by mistake, we followed up with immediately with the correct email and tracking information. The order has not been shipped to CANADA. It is on its way for delivery to her address in US.

This company has given me the run around regarding the status of my refund. Their customer service reps are rude, condescending, and uneducated.
Around February 5th, I placed an order for numerous pieces of clothing. I paid for shipping for the order with my debit card and waited for my package. The payment was immediately processed the day I ordered from them. When my clothing had not arrived in 2 weeks, I contacted the company thru their website customer service link on February 20th and was told that they didn't even begin processing my order until February 9th, even though they processed my payment 4 days prior. I wasn't given a reason as to why it happened and I expressed my concern for not recieving my package. Throughout the course of the email interaction the reps told me that all I could do is wait and my package would be there when it got there basically. By the 23rd, still no package so I contacted the company again and was told they would start the process of investigating the lost package with the USPS. I confirmed all information they asked for the same day they asked me to (like mailing address, etc) and again waited for follow up that never came. I had to keep contacting them because I wasn't important enough for them to ever follow up with me. Every time I talked to the reps from their company thru email I got different and inaccurate information. One rep told me they would start the investigation process only to find out a week later that they hadn't even started it yet. Then, she started talking about another order she said I had placed, which I never did. I told her there was absolutely no way I ordered anything else when I hadn't even recieved my first order yet. She didn't even bother to respond to what I said. Finally after almost a month and demanding my refund for over a week, a rep named ****** said he would process it for me. He never gave me any outcome of the USPS investigation or mentioned the false and misleading statements the other reps had made. He ignored my concerns completely. Throughout our conversations he was extremely rude and acted like he was doing me a favor just by answering my questions. He never apologized for failing to get me my merchandise or for any of the reps giving me inaccurate and false information. On 3/3 ****** stated that he processed the refund and I should see it in my bank in a few days. This is a complete lie. I have contacted my bank on 3 different occasions and now 7 days later there is still no refund in my account or even one pending. I contacted ****** again today and he gave me attitude telling me that "He doesn't know how else to explain the process to make me understand." This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had with any company. They are rude, completely uneducated in their own companys practices and policies, and treat their customers like they are an inconvenience. This particular representative ****** should be reprimanded, if not fired, for his disgusting demeanor to the customers. I will never do business with this company again and will encourage everyone who will listen to do the same.

Desired Settlement
I want a complete refund issued to me for the money this company basically stole from me. Additionally, I feel I am owed a letter of apology for how I was treated over the last month. I will never do business with them again and honestly, I doubt they will care but I feel that other customers should be able to know their deceptive practices before they think about ordering from a site like this.

Customer claims package was not delivered, we took necessary actions trying to locate the package, unfortunately the package based on her claims was never delivered. We went ahead after filing a claim with USPS refunded the entire amount back to customers credit card. The refund was processed on the 6th of MARCH, usually with all CC refunds it takes about 3-5 business days for the transaction to reflect back to the customers credit card.
