    I took my vehicle to Lancaster Auto Electric to have it diagnosed so that I could have it repaired, the transmission was in limp mode. My car was there for two weeks with no progress, after two weeks I decided to pick up my car because I heard that there was a better shop in town. On the day that I went to go pick up my car they told me that they had wanted to replace a couple of solenoids hoping that it would fix the problem, I told them that if it wasn't going to fix the problem that I didn't want to spend money on parts. once again I asked if these parts would fix the problem, and once again I was told that they were not sure. I was told that I would have to pay $150 for the car to get diagnosed, the car never got diagnosed, they were never able to find out exactly what was wrong with it, yeah I was still charged $150 for a diagnosis that never happened. I try to pick up my car but they told me that if I did not pay that they would not give me my car, the owner there was also very rude to me, raising his voice, at times yelling at me. So I paid $150 for no diagnosis, just a maybe, that it might fix the problem. That is not a diagnosis, and I would have been spending money on parts that were a maybe.
