purchased a "2017 Ram Promaster 3.6 Engine with 25k Miles". Stephanie said once payment is received, she'll have the guys pull the engine from the car. I found that to be a bit odd since pictures showed engine was already removed. i went ahead with it anyways. upon receiving the engine, i noticed it was missing the intake manifold. Also noticed the injector harness connector was on the wrong side and also the oil filler neck is not as angled as my current vehicle. i checked the part numbers for the filler neck and harness and found out its for a jeep grand cherokee. so i contacted her and she asked me to text a picture to her phone. she then tells me, "why in the world would they send me a jeep grand cherokee motor thats worth $3500 in replacement of a ram promaster engine? then tells me to install the engine and thank her later." i asked her what about the intake manifold? she then tells me.."by federal law she cannot send the intake manifold because that has gas passing ******* it for safety concerns". i have never heard of such bs. ive purchased engines before and never had any issues. i asked for a partial refund for the intake manifold since it was not disclosed or i would like to return the whole engine for a full refund since its not from a ram 2500 with 25k (even though it would fit). she has not responded since. also, that same engine, pictures and miles are still on their site. very dishonest people.
