Unauthorized charge of $2550 when I specifically asked if there was any charges related and was told me, and signed a zero balance invoice.
I purchased a brand new Mini Cooper from South Bay, which was finally repurchased back by their head office under CA lemon law; I have been going back and forth with the dealership a handful of times because they couldn't figure out what's wrong with the vehicle and every time I picked up the vehicle it was never completely fixed. The very last time, they emailed to notify me that the vehicle was ready once again, and asked me to return the loaner at my earliest convenience, without a specific date. During which time, I was out of town and only I had the key to the loaner. As soon as I got back, which was also the same day that Mini USA agreed to go forward with the purchase, I returned the loaner vehicle that evening. Given their poor reputation, A) I brought a friend with me as witness, when I returned the vehicle I asked them if the car was fixed, and was told that it was good to go, then only to realize the next day that the backseat was also broken. B) I spoke to the service manager and the loaner car dept, and was assured that there were no charges related to the loaner vehicle, thus, they provided me with the zero balance invoice to sign, and crossed out the section with possible fees related to the loaner. C) The vehicle in date was 4 days before the due date (both were typed up by the dealership) D) I never authorized and definitely did not sign a credit card receipt for the $2550 charge, especially after they told me the balance was zero. E) Their bad business ethnics and lack of moral should not be tolerated, and I do not want others to go through what I have went through and still am dealing with.

Desired Settlement
I would like for the dealership to honor the zero balance invoice that they provided me, their words when they said that there were no charges, and stop trying to charge my credit card. By charging $2550 of authorized amount onto my credit card, my credit report shows that my credit card has been maxed out, it's negatively impacting my credit score and affecting my ability to get better interest rate on home/auto loan.
