    I purchased a vehicle from them and was deceived. The salesman said that I needed to put down a certain *** to get the car. I bring that amount and pitches the vehicle only to see that the money I put down was spent on a platinum warranty through them that I never needed, I work at dealership. I make this discovery while paying off the vehicle and ask for a refund the car has not been driven even ****** miles. ***** ppl are very sneaky and deceptive.

    Marking my second purchase from them. My first experience was mediocre, including issues like receiving only one key and delays in trade-in payment. There were also problems with Lexus Connect, which I resolved myself after service and sales departments blamed each other.The second experience was far worse, characterized by high pressure and rushed procedures. My wife was hurried through paperwork without adequate inspection or test driving, due to supposed interest from another buyer. A salesman's behavior was unprofessional during this process.We encountered undervaluation of our trade-in vehicle by the sales manager, *************************. He claimed the tires and wheels were in bad condition, which contradicted their actual state.The purchased UX250h had various defects, such as paint issues and missing parts, which were promised to be fixed but never were. Additionally, we discovered rust on the car, and our concerns were dismissed by the salesperson, ****, who was rude and unhelpful.Completing the transaction was difficult, involving delays in receiving payment for our trade-in. The staff, particularly **** and ******, provided poor customer service, including threats and dismissive behavior.Issues remained unresolved due to miscommunication and unfulfilled verbal agreements. The management, including store manager *********************, was unresponsive to emails and calls, showing a lack of accountability.Overall, the dealership experience was highly unsatisfactory, with poor service and customer care. The lack of responsiveness continued post-sale, with salesman ********************* ignoring communication attempts. Promises made by the store manager went unfulfilled.This experience has been reported to the dealership's corporate office and Lexus, but I have yet to receive a response. The dealership's attitude and service, including not allowing restroom access, have led to my decision to never return and to share my negative experience publicly
