Ordered online fr Tru-Fit Patterns in Jan.Charged my card next day.I have not received my merchandise.Tried contacting by phone&email.No communication
I ordered merchandise online from Tru-Fit Patterns on Jan.23,2013 my credit card was charged on Jan.24,2013 for merchandise.I did receive a confirmation email of order and email showing credit card had been charged. On 2/13/13 I started calling them and sending emails inquiring about my order. At first the recorder came on saying please be patient with your backorder so I left a message telling them that I did not receive any communication that my order was on backorder.Please send communication if this is the case. Still nothing from them. I called every day and all hours of the day and no answer. Now you cannot even leave a message a recorder answers and says your party is not answering please try your party later "Goodbye" and hangs up on you. No responses from the numerous emails I sent to them. It is March 7th and I still have not received merchandise. As far as I am concerned I will never see my merchandise or hear a word from them. This is poor business and terrible customer service and STEALING.

Desired Settlement
I want to warn others from dealing with this company and I would like a refund of my money. I will NEVER deal with them again. They have the poorest communication and customer service I have ever seen. You cannot continue a business this way and treat your customers as they are not important and steal from them.

Ordered and paid for annual pattern supplement on 28 Oct 2011. Have received nothing to date.
Attended class in Richmond Va on 28 Oct. 2011. Ordered and paid for the annual pattern subscription. Have received nothing. Tried to call. No answer, and no answering machine, so could not leave a message. Wrote both e-mail and snail mail on 20 March 2012. No answer. Second e-mail was sent on 25 May. No answer.Third e-mail was sent on 10 July. Again no answer. Now it is August and I am frustrated.

Desired Settlement
The sales receipt I have states "No refunds-all sales final", but I have never received the merchandise. So, they can either send me what I ordered, or refund my money. Thank you.

Consumer's Final Response
Finally received an e-mail from Tru-Fit on 06 Aug. I responded to them on 10 Aug. They stated they are currently on the Summer edition and would send that as the first installment (of 4) in the near future. Today is 21 Aug. Have not yet received anything from Tru-Fit.

Ordered 2 rolls pattern paper on 12-11-2012. Credit card was processed that day. Sent email and tried to call, no response.
Ordered 2 rolls pattern paper on 12-11-12. Order# 10.174.5.XXX-XXB8B7565B-2EACD66D-XXXXXXED. Order confirmation# XXXXXXXXXX was received that day. Visa, Credit card payment was processed on 12-11-12. Payment amount $20.00. I have emailed to ***** on 1-14-2013. Have tried several times to call @ the 1-800#, with no answer or voicemail. I have received no reply on email.

Please deliver the 2 rolls pattern paper which I ordered and have paid for.
