07/31/2015Problems with Product / Service | Read Complaint Details

Have been waiting 2 weeks for a repair on a A/C that is under warranty.
I called the office on June 10, 2015 to let them know that an A/C unit that they installed was not working. She told me that she would tell **** (whoever that is) and I did not here back from them. I called again on 06/22/2015 and once again she told me she would tell ****. We are at 3 weeks with no A/C

I need this A/c repaired ASAP. Or I will have it repaired and send the bill to them.

Business Response
Original installation of the equipment was billed 7-1-14. After several phone calls and being told the billing is in process of being paid, it took 4 months to receive said payment, which is due Net 15 days. Also during when she called we were swamped with flooded basements calls that were ahead of her call. So with these combined situations is the reason for the time lapse. Upon evaluating the circumstances at said establishment we are not convinced that the problem is a warranty problem. Also for information purposes - warranties cover main parts only, not labor expense or freon additions. For further problems she can call any authorized company and they can honor the warranty also. The warranty is through the manufacturer themselves. You can find model and serial numbers on the unit for said purpose. As of today's date we have not received payment for labor and freon charges for our last visit on June 30, 2015.
