Complaint Costumer service was of no help at all when trying to track my package. They even gave me a fake tracking number just to try and keep me quite. i placed and order for some boots its been over a week and still no package so i called their customer service asked where my order was at and he said that it was out of his hands since it was coming from the manufacture so he said he would call them and see what the hold up was so he called me back with a fake tracking number just to keep me quite for a day i called ups to check the tracking number he gave me they have no file of it so i called the manufacturer to check it and they also have no file of it. So i told him i wanted a refund and he said "no way" that it was to far in the processing so i asked if they would over night them he said he would call to see but not to get my hopes to high so that's when he gave me the fake tracking number just so they wouldn't have to overnight them or refund me my money. so i asked to speak with someone over him and he said that he was the only one i charge of the online sales. so i cant talk to anybody else besides him and that makes me feel like they don't care at all about their customers at all and i don't think he even called the company like he said he would.
Desired Settlement i just either wanted a refund the same day i called or for them to overnight the product but i would rather have my boots now.
