BBB has received a pattern of customer complaints concerning delays in delivery. Although the website states bags are shipped within 24 hours and shipping takes 1-3 days, consumers state they have placed orders for corn hole bags and have experienced much longer delays than advertised; even consumers who have paid extra money for the 2-day shipping option state there are lengthy delays. Some of the consumers allege delays in shipping ranging from several weeks to over a month without being able to get in contact with someone at the company.
On May 15, 2012 the company was notified of BBB concern with the pattern of complaints BBB has received in regards to these shipping issues. The business responded to BBB stating that they were working to fix shipping issues by being more upfront with customers and had implemented an improved customer service plan to keep customers informed of out of stock colors, delays, etc.
However, to date, BBB has seen no improvement to the pattern of complaints received, which still relate to lengthy shipping delays even after having made payment and after receiving email notifications that the product had shipped.
