they replaced a wiring harness on my truck
my truck was rear-ended on 7/30/2014... i picked it up on 8/27/2014... still having issues with it. i took it to another body shop and thats where i learned there was more damaged and the repair a+ did was sub par. the wiring harness hung lower than than frame and was attached to the frame with zip ties. originally it was on the inside of the frame and had holders it was suppose to set in. this was offers alot more protection. 3 out of 4 power windows dont work. my check engine light came out within the first 10 miles of driving. they were showing low voltage. the garage i took it to said that was all because of the wiring harness. there were fresh cut wires in the harness that just stuck out.

We have been in business for over 6 years, working each and every day to build an honorable reputation in the community. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and strive to create the best possible repair experience for every one of our customers. Producing high quality, safe repairs are of the utmost to us. As you know, we stand behind our work with a written warranty, which was given to you when you came in to pick up your vehicle after repairs were completed. At that time, we thoroughly went over the entire repair with you in great detail to show you the work in which we had done. One of our technicians even physically got on the ground to explain the repairs on the underside of the vehicle with you. It was important for us to show you what was repaired and how it was done. The wiring harness that needed replacing on your truck was discontinued by the manufacture, however we were luckily able to locate a used harness for you. Typically the bed of the truck would need removed to replace this wiring harness in order to run the wiring along the frame rails. However, the significant levels of rust damage to the bed of your truck prohibited us from fully removing it to install the wiring harness as we'd normally do. Because of this, we were forced to run the wiring harness along the existing manufacturers harness instead. This procedure is completely acceptable and functional, just not as neat and aesthetically pleasing as if we had removed the truck bed to install it. We chose not remove the truck bed because the excessive rust could cause more damage that would potentially warrant an entirely new bed altogether. A cost that the insurance company would not be willing to cover. So in efforts to save you from having to pay money out of pocket, we chose not to attempt removing your truck bed. You were also afforded the opportunity to test drive the vehicle to assess its drivability before you decided to take the vehicle home. At no point during the delivery process were we made aware of any additional concerns that you had with the vehicles repairs. Three days later, we were then informed of your displeasure with the wiring harness, and the other issues you had with the vehicle. The items of concern were not included on the insurance adjusters estimate for repair, as he felt they were not related to the accident. Had we repaired these items without the insurance's approval, you would have been responsible for those repairs out of your own pocket as well. We would be more than happy to request to have the insurance adjusters re-inspect your vehicle on site to go over these items in further detail. Please contact us at XXX-XXX-XXXX so we can further address this matter, and hopefully arrange a time for you to meet the insurance adjusters at our facility for a re-inspection. Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your vehicle's repairs and are willing to work with you and the insurance company to resolve this issue. We have been completely honest and forthcoming with you throughout this entire repair, and are deeply saddened that you think any differently. Your best interest and the safety of your vehicle have always been our #1 concern.
