Complaint The service was absolutely horrible, we were billed for time not spent moving, and the owner still has not called us back as promised. We hired this company to move us. We moved a one bedroom apartment into a two bedroom house two miles up the road and it managed to take them 5 hours to do so because they kept wanting to stop and take smoke/dip breaks, stop at convenience stores, take forever to park the truck, and were far more concerned with horsing around than moving us. I understand they need breaks, especially in the heat, but the customer should never be charged for their smoke/dip breaks or stops at the convenience store - or that they were 15 minutes late. The guys ignored the labels on all the boxes, causing even more work for us after the move because they just stacked them where ever they wanted to. When I contacted the office the day after the move, I was polite and complimented one of the movers as he was the only one who seemed interested in working. The lady was snotty and said the owner would call me back the next day. I never heard from him, so I left a review on Facebook. Their response? Not any concern, they left a nasty response that they deleted after I called them unprofessional, but I still have the screenshot of it. I still haven't been responded to from this company. Not only that, but they don't even tell you when they book they don't carry TVs, pictures, clothes, or ANY liquids at all. Good thing for us that my wife is not disabled and can carry those things because we weren't told we had to make other arrangements for the list of prohibited items they don't even disclose to you. It has been over a month now since they moved us and they are still yet to call us back regarding their unethical practices.
Desired Settlement I want a refund for the time over 45 minutes in which they spent goofing off, taking breaks, and stopping for food and drinks on our time. We had no issues with them taking breaks at all because we thought they would be ethical about it instead of billing us for this time and the 15 minutes it took them to park the truck.

Complaint After moving us to Fort Mill, SC, well found that items were missing and broken. We submitted a claim to recover the cost. We called several times and sent two letters with documentation and have not received any compensation. the total value of the item were $347.48. The claim was made on Dec 23, 2013.
