            Every single piece of paperwork I was asked to sign had different numbers on it. I think they thought I was a dumb girl and they could pull one over on me. I was not given any paperwork about my loan or final numbers. They “forgot” to give me credit for my deposit and then charged me again for it until I finally got them to refund the 2 charges. I feel like they do business in a shady way and I don’t trust anyone there except ****** in service. Hopefully I like my camper more then my experience buying it.

            Customer service is terrible. I can’t get anyone to answer my questions with a warranty problem. They won’t even call me back. Every time I call there are new employees. Only thing good about my pontoon is the Suzuki motor. Any questions I had about the motor I called Suzuki direct and they helped with everything. I have owned the pontoon boat for a little over a year but it stayed there getting warranty work done for nine months and when I got it back, they did not complete everything that was under warranty. I will never buy anything from this place again. I am selling my boat and losing a bunch of money because I can’t get their help Lexington. Pontoon boats is the worst boat made.
