I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you want reliable and trustworthy people this is NOT the place to go to. I spoke with the owner (Shawn) about installing a headunit that would work with ALL of my factory equipment including my rear view backup camera and my steering wheel controls. Shawn (seemingly a trustworthy person) told me that the harness I am purchasing will make everything as OEM as possible and everything will work as it should. The next week I showed up to get everything installed and there was a different person working the counter (young guy with earrings). He got my truck into the shop to start working on it and about 30 minutes later tells me its finished. I go out to check everything out and my reverse camera isn't working. I very politely tell him that it's not working and then he goes on to tell me that they can't guarantee that my factory equipment will work with the aftermarket headunit. I was very upset at this point, I just wanted everything to work that I paid to have. This young man did not want to help the situation AT ALL. His solutions, which he made clear was to 1) remove everything they installed and give me my deposit back 2) ME pay THEIR tech to hook the backup camera up and see if it will work 3) Pay over $150 to have an aftermarket backup camera installed. I will NOT support a business who lies, I chose to have everything uninstalled and took my business elsewhere. I will have The *** in Knoxville do my work from now on. They have great reviews and assured me multiple times that there is NO problem having my factory backup camera paired with an aftermarket headunit. Good luck with this place.

Your review is very misleading. The reason your reverse camera wasn't working with your new radio was because your reverse camera WASNT WORKING. It was not a compatibility issue. It's was 100% connected and not functioning. What "young guy with earrings" and non-functioning factory equipment have anything to do trustworthiness I'm not sure. But I reviewed the recording of your conversation with my shop manager, and you seemed to be under the belief that your purchase of a radio somehow included troubleshooting and repair of OEM equipment that has nothing to do with the service that you purchased. While we do strive to offer the best possible service to our customers, expecting our technician to work for free and attempt to repair equipment that wasn't ours is simply unreasonable. As the owner of radioactive car audio, I 100% stand by my shop managers decision not to offer you free service, and with that said, we didn't earn this bad review amongst the 100's and 100's of good reviews from happy and reasonable customers. I wish you good luck with Sound Factory and I hope that they repair your factory camera for you.
