even though the service dept gave me a copy which i have saying they changed my oil and rotated my tires they did not **** says it was not done i want my free oil change and tires rotated i waited 3 hrs to get it done but it was not why did they give me a copy saying it was done i had marked the tires and my oil filter.

Customer was in to have some warranty repairs made to his car along with an oil change that is complementary with the purchase. The technician who did the warranty repair thought one of our lube techs was going to change the oil and it looks like everyone assumed someone else did the oil change and instead no one did it. He called after he got home and our service manager investigated to see what had happened and acknowledged that it had not been done and I believe offed to pick the car up to get it done for him. That didn't work but he was in today to finish his service work.

Brought in vehicle with check engine light on while still under warranty. Dealer claims nothing wrong but wants $for service.
I brought the vehicle in while still under warranty mileage limit. They claimed nothing was wrong with it even though the check engine light keeps coming on. they told me to bring it back next time it came on again and not to worry if it was beyond the mileage limit. When I did they said they found something wrong but wont cover it because it's not the same thing and just a coincidence (even though it has exactly the same symptoms). Now they want to charge $ for a routine servie that the owners manual doesn't recommend.

Desired Settlement
I want them to honor the warranty on the vehicle, diagnose the problem correctly and fix it right this time.
