Inside Sales Representative

Better Business Bureau of Central Ontario, serving an area that includes Waterloo Region, the Toronto GTA and Halton-Hamilton-Niagara, is seeking Inside Tele-Sales Accreditation Representatives.

Successful candidates will naturally adhere to BBB’s high ethical standards for conducting business; they will be self-motivated with a desire for success and driven to exceed sales targets. Compensation is based on salary plus commissions with a competitive benefits program. To help drive your success we provide initial and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and qualify sales leads using, but not limited to, BBB’s custom CRM system
  • Contact business owners by telephone to solicit accreditation
  • Knowledge of BBB standards, Mission/Values and ability to present accreditation benefits
  • Promotion of other related BBB programs
  • Work with prospects to complete BBB accreditation applications including payment

Skills/Qualifications

  • Out-bound telephone sales experience
  • Ethical approach to value selling
  • Willingness to cold call prospects and ability to overcome objections
  • Highly articulate telephone skills and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Work independently but as a team player
